Hurricane Season Begins
The Atlantic hurricane season is the period in a year, from June 1 to November 30, when tropical or subtropical cyclones are most likely to form in the North Atlantic Ocean. These dates, adopted by convention, encompass the period in each year when most tropical cyclogenesis occurs in the basin. Even so, subtropical or tropical cyclogenesis is possible at any time of the year, and often does occur.

2026 Annual Homeowner Meeting
As is typical with our Linene Woods HOA, our Annual Meeting is upon us. If you only attend one event a year, please take the time to attend this. The meeting date has been set for:
Thursday, February 26 from 6:00-7:30pm
Sealey Elementary School (Media Center) 2815 Allen Road, Tallahassee, FL 32312
We'd love to engage more of our homeowners. One of the new business items we're looking forward to discussing is a Holiday Committee. We've had multiple homeowners talk to us about the idea of a holiday decorating competition (4th of July - 250th Anniversary of our nation, Holiday Lights). This committee could also punch up the decorating of our entrances during holidays. It seems like it could be a fun way to bring us all together more.

Annual Spring Fling at the Pisano's House
Our Annual Spring Fling is upon us. It really is one of the great things about Linene Woods. We always enjoy getting to see and meet neighbors as we break bread together. This is a traditional potluck meal with homeowners bringing a dish to share.
