About our Governance

Linene Woods Homeowners Association is operated by a dedicated group of homeowner volunteers. This helps us to keep our dues low and our governance representative of those we serve.

Consistent & Fair Enforcement: We work to apply all covenants and architectural guidelines uniformly, without favoritism, to ensure the neighborhood's aesthetic remains harmonious.

Civil Discourse: We do our best to model respect and professionalism in every interaction, encouraging input from residents and resolving conflicts privately and constructively.
