Linene Woods is a quiet escape and hidden gem of a community in Northeast Tallahassee. We are known for our serene neighborhood, mature tree canopy, spacious lots and community of gardeners. Development in our neighborhood largely spans from the mid-1950s to the early 2000s. Our affluent estate homes offer a diverse mix of architectural styles, ranging from charming vintage homes and mid-century designs to modern new constructions.

A Place to Get Reconnected with Nature

Walk for Miles: A really great distinction about Linene Woods is the ability to walk up to 3 miles without ever leaving the neighborhood. Even better is that we see very little traffic. Our community is not a cut through, so the only traffic is from fellow homeowners/residents. This allows for a very nice tranquil stroll and a great opportunity to see neighbors along the way.

A Bird Sanctuary: As you can imagine, the tree canopy in Linene Woods serves as a wildlife habitat for a wide range of birds. It is common to see Blue Birds, Cardinals, Wrens, Chickadees, Blue Jays, Cat Birds, Red-Winged Blackbirds and Orioles. These species come and go throughout the year to provide variety if you're into bird watching.
